 "Welcome to Taraba State, Nigeria's hidden gem. Located in the eastern part, this breathtaking region is aptly nicknamed 'Nature's Gift to the Nation.' As we explore Taraba, you'll discover its rich cultural heritage and stunning natural attractions. Imagine standing on the Mambilla Plateau, surrounded by lush vegetation and a temperate climate, perfect for dairy and beef production. The plateau's unique landscape is dotted with scenic views, waterfalls, and rolling hills. As we journey through Taraba, we meet its diverse ethnic groups, each with their own vibrant culture. The Jukun people welcome us with their Kanu Festival, a 3-day celebration marking the beginning of the farming season. We witness traditional dances, music performances, and food exhibitions showcasing local cuisine.  Taraba is a state in north-eastern Nigeria, named after the Taraba River, which traverses the southern part of the state. It is known as "Nature's Gift to the Nation".  Its capital is Jalingo. The state's main ethnic groups are the Fulani, Mumuye, Mambilla, Jukun, Kuteb, Karimjo Wurkun, Yandang, Ndola, Ichen, Jenjo, Tiv, Tigon, and Jibu.  The northern part is mainly dominated by the Fulani, Wurkun and Mumuye.  The southern part is dominated by the Jukun, Chamba, Tiv, Kuteb and Ichen.  The central region is mainly occupied by the Fulani, Mambilla, Ndola, Tigon, Jibu, Wurbo, and Daka people. There are about 80 distinct ethnic groups and their languages in the state.

Tourism: The state's natural attraction have the potential to generate significant revenue.
